He is where the operation becomes real.
Pipelines. Automations. Calendars. Tags. Triggers. Intake. CRM structure. Follow-up. Lead flow. Client onboarding. The quiet machinery most business owners do not see, but absolutely feel when it is missing.
Desmond makes sure the system does what the strategy promised.
He is precise, quiet, and slightly knowing. The kind of person who notices the discrepancy on line 47 of the automation log and is deciding whether to mention it. He usually mentions it. Sometimes he just fixes it and moves on. Either way, the system runs the way it was supposed to run.
He is not here for vague tech chaos or "we'll figure it out later." He is here to wire the room properly, clean the handoff, and make sure leads do not wander off into the night because someone forgot to connect the form.
